A focused session for the management of both parties, providing an initial insight into your organizational maturity from an employee perspective. After a brief introduction to OMM, a short questionnaire is selected in dialogue, forming the basis for the assessment. The results are then discussed in a joint management dialogue, where you evaluate which initiatives should be initiated.

The session sets a shared direction for working with organizational maturity and gives management the opportunity to define the level of ambition.
