With OMM360°, you get a structured and engaging process that leverages the full potential of the Organizational Maturity Model. Through interviews, workshops, and questionnaires, we cover the entire collaborative relationship between both parties.

Depending on the level of ambition, a number of interviews are conducted at different organizational levels to gain a deeper understanding of the collaborative relationship. In addition, joint workshops are held focusing on the model’s seven main areas to clarify where efforts should be prioritized.

Based on this, ongoing live measurements are carried out with subsequent evaluation of the results, where the parties, in plenary, discuss possible initiatives that can lead to the next steps and anchoring in the maturity journey.
